Wake Media, Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates the StageTime website at https://stagetime.app and the StageTime desktop application. This page describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. This data is sent to us via email so we can respond to your inquiry. We do not store it in a database.
Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address for the purpose of sending you product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email we send or by contacting us directly.
Downloads. When you download StageTime, we may log the download event (timestamp, file requested, and your IP address) for the purpose of tracking download counts and diagnosing distribution issues. We do not tie this data to any personal identity.
The StageTime application. The desktop application does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data. It runs entirely on your local machine. The optional update check connects to our server to compare version numbers — no personal data is sent during this process.
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam. Turnstile may collect interaction data and browser characteristics to determine whether a visitor is a real person. This data is processed by Cloudflare under their privacy policy. No CAPTCHA challenges are shown to users.
This site does not set any first-party cookies. Third-party services we use (such as Cloudflare) may set their own cookies as described in their respective privacy policies.
